How do I do that? I've Down loaded your VL version, I'm running windows 8.1 and it shows an activation red bar across the top of the screen, tried MO tool kit but activation is grayed out..

I don't know why MTK is doing that. Download and run KMSAuto Net 2014 v1.2.4 from the link below to activate Office 2013:
